About

Genesis 26:22  And he moved from there and dug another well, and they did not quarrel over it. So he called its name Rehoboth, because he said, “For now the Lord has made room for us, and we shall be fruitful in the land.”
–NKJ

Isaac had been traveling through the land and decided to dig, and reopen wells that his father Abraham had dug, and that the Philistines had covered up. He reopened two wells and faced arguments from the Philistines who claimed them as their own. Finally Isaac dug a third well, and no arguments arose over it so he named it Rohoboth. He had finally came to a place that was wide open, free and easy, and he knew that God would bless him from then on.

Summer camp at the Rehoboth campground is like that. After dealing with the struggles of life, it’s a place to come to for a retreat. A wide open place where kids of all ages can learn how God wants to put their struggles behind them, and begin to bless them.

Watch this web space to learn when the next camp will be and plan to be a part of it. Even if you can’t come learn how you can support camp either as a counselor, camp cook, nurse, or other adult staff. You could even be a silent partner and sponsor a child who might otherwise not be able to attend.

Info that would be ideal for this page, or separate pages could also be a map with correct driving instructions. Apparently the current Google map may have incorrect driving instructions.

A download page could be added with files such as medical release forms, application forms for campers and for Counselors in Training (CIT’s), and any other forms or literature about camp. Files might be made available in printable form such as PDF, or MS Word files.

Contact information for the camp director or other staff, with email links as well as phone numbers and mailing address.

The possibilities are limited only by the needs for people to communicate with the camp, and in getting the word out to promote the camp.
